Course Objective

In this course, it is aimed to enable the student to obtain the competence that is required for the sickness and health conditions of the individual/family/society and be attuned to the occupational life easily.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   The student can combine and apply the knowledge regarding the protection and development of the health of the individual/family/society in an integrated way that is special to the individual
2   The student can use the skills of independent clinical decision making in the management of complex care, in line with the obtained knowledge and skills
3   The student can independently manage the secure nursing care of a greater number of individuals
4   The student can determine, organize the priorities and apply the skills of time management during the procurement of the nursing care
5   The student can manage the cooperation between the patient, family, peers, trainers, health team in complex situations by using communicational skills
6   The student can generate solutions to ethical problems encountered in nursing practices
7   The student can make a personal and professional progress, and develop/complete her/his self assessment
8   The student can analyse the health politics and legal liabilities in nursing practices
9   The student can examine and apply the health informatics systems and technological developments in conducting the care
10   The student can transfer the evidence-based practice information to the application field
