Course Objective

The aim of this lecture is to introduce prosthetic technology, pre/post
amputation and pre/post prosthetic physiotherapy and rehabilitation approaches.

5   Advanced post-prosthetic training, ways of developing activities of daily living and progression to normal life are explained in detail

7 Congenital anamolies and prosthetic approaches

9 Upper extremity mechanical and myoelectric prosthesis
10 Lower extremity mechanical and myoelectric prosthesis
11 Rehabilitation in lower extremity amputations
