1. Know the physical properties of heat- light and water
2. Know the physiological effects of heat- light and water
3. Know the therapeutic effects of heat- light and water
4. Able to apply those methods
5. Does the appropriate assessments before hand and inform the patient
6. Know and arrange the safety of treatment environment and the patient
