3 Regulation of Gene expression, general transcription factors and the regulation of Chromatin remodeling
4 Regulation of Gene expression, tissue specific transcription factors and the regulation of Chromatin remodeling
5 Growth Factor signaling and the Oncogenes, Kinases, RAS signaling
6 Growth Factor signaling and the tumor supressors, RB, p53 pathways
7 Midterm Exam
8 Stem cells and the Wnt, Hh pathways
9 Metastasis, extravasation, angiogenesis
10 Matrix metalloproteinases
11 Inflammation and the cancer, ROS mediated DNA damage
12 Steroid reseptors and their role in cancer progression
