The main objective of this course is to provide students a thorough understanding of the strategic importance of quality management and how quality management techniques can be used to provide a competitive advantage in the marketplace.

Assessment Criteria

1. The learner will be fully prepared to discuss reading assignments and cases.
2. The learner will prepare professionally for the topic presentations. The students should also provide related materials like videos, articles or case studies during their topic presentations.
3. The learner will make a real application of QFD and present his work at the end of the term. The printed slides of the presentation should be handed in at the presentation day.
