Course Objective

The objective of this course is to analyze KM processes and models; to compose institutional KM structure in tourism businesses according to regulations in Turkey; to examine information safety; and to evaluate performance measurements of KM structure.

2   To be able to understand and apply knowledge management models in businesses.
3   To be able to generate the structure of institutional knowledge management.
