Course Objective

The aim of this course is to learn the skills to interpret and solve the issues on temporary legal protections regarding from practice

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1	Ability to use fundamentals of temporary legal protection as a guide in determining and solving problems about temporary legal protection.
2	Ability to use concepts of temporary legal protection interim injunction, cautionary attachment, recording of evidence properly.
3	Ability to determine similarities and differences between concepts of temporary legal protection, interim injunction, cautionary attachment, recording of evidence.
4	Ability to bring together with procedural law and substantial law because of the fact that temporary legal protection is regulated specially in rules of substantial law and also right to demand in substantial law is found in base of temporary legal protection.
5	Ability to analyse scientific opinion and jurisprudences about temporary legal protection with a critical eye.
6	Ability to express one's opinion regarding scientific opinion and jurisprudences about temporary legal protection freely.
7	Ability to contribute in solving problems which become chronic regarding in practice of temporary legal protection with new opinions.
