Course Objective

Aim of this course is to be learned concept and use of electronic signature, to be determined value of documents created in electronic media with regards to rules of proof in law of civil procedure by discussing.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1	Ability to explain concept of electronic signature and electronic certificate.
2	Ability to define concept of electronic documents and documents with electronic signature.
3	Ability to explain proof function of documents with electronic signature.
4	Ability to manifest difference between proof function of electronic documents and proof function of documents with electronic signature in area of civil procedure law.
5	Ability to differentiate between concept of electronic signature and safe electronic signature, between concept of electronic certificate and concept of qualificated electronic sertificate.
6	Ability to criticise legal regulations related with documents with electronic signature.
7	Ability to criticise legal regulatons related with documents with electronic signature.
