Course Objective

To show the establishment of philosophy of religion, its developments and the level of today. How the topics that are being discussed in philosophy and philosophy of religion were being discussed throughout history.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Student will know at the end of the course, the history of philosophy of religion and its problems
2   They will get knowledge about some world religions and their philosophical values and coherency.
3   They will get information about how a person can study religious topics in light of philosophy, by looking at the examples in history.
4   The order of importance and priority of religious topics in philosopher's eyes.
5   They will have knowledge about the reflections of religious topics on people's cultural life.
