Course Objective

This course aims to gain basic/advance evidence based knowledge and skills about the cronic ill child nursing managemant based the theories.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Identify the factors causing chronic health problems in children
2   Discuss theories and models associated with chronic diseases
3   Turkey and the world of childhood cases of chronic health problems and comparing the knowledge of maintenance practices
4   S/he synthesize the basic knowledge and technology that use in Intensive care unit in children who hospilitised in Intensive Care Unit
5   S/he use the pediatric intensive care nursing concept in child and their family care
6   S/he gives nursing care by holistic approach to children who hospilitised in Intensive care Unit
7   S/he has knowledge about status of ıntensive care unit in Turkey and world
8   S/he discuss the etic bias in pediatric intensive care unit and S/he can formulate solutions to problem in pediatric intensive care unit
