Course Objective

Increase the student s knowledge and clinical skills in medical and surgical treatments of cardiopulmonary pathologies. Increase the ability to implement knowledge in different cases and clinical environments. To analyze and adapt useful exercise programs.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   comprehend new developments in terms of knowledge for cardiopulmonary physiotherapy and rehabilitation
2   assess primary causes of cardiopulmonary pathologies and apply this theory into clinical scenarios.
3   assess, plan, re-plan and apply cardiopulmonary pathologies and other cardiopulmonary based diseases.
4   apply knowledge in Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation guidelines in changing clinical conditions
5   Can create and implement patient-specific physiotherapy and rehabilitation program in kardiopulmonary diseases
