Course Objective |
The aim of the course is to encourage students to create new designs by explaining the history of cloth printing, its motif and composition qualities and its regional charecteristics. |

Planned Learning Activities and Teaching Methods |
In the course, after scanning the the literature and visual data related to the geographical area of work, fabric printing techniques and printing design rules will be analyised and original designs will be carried out accordingly. |

Further Notes About Assessment Methods |
All the work carried out by the student will be evaluated as a single Project, to be presented to a jury. Student s performance during presentation and his/her work will be evaluated seperately. |
Assessment Criteria |
Project work and the presentation performance will be evaluated seperately on 100 points basis. %60 of the Project points and %40 of the performance points will add up to the final result. |
