Course Objective

The aim of this course is to analyze the processes which are produced by economic decision makers financial and capital structure.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to analyze financial and capital structure analysis of economic decision makers under conditions of global imperfect competition in open economy.
2   To be able to analyze global economic conjuncture which has taken place depends on financial and capital structure of economic decision makers under conditions of global imperfect competition in open economy.
3   To be able to analyze the formation of interest rates in the international financial markets and effect of global economic forces about this process.
4   To be able to analyze developments in the global economy based on financial markets.
5   To be able to analyze the effects of interest rate policies of the developed countries on yields and pricing of financial instruments.

1 Financial and capital structure analysis of economic decision makers under conditions of global imperfect competition in open economy.
2 Price formation in financial markets and the efficiency in financial industry.
3 The analysis of real economic variables on the basis of developments in financial markets.
4 International policy coordination within the framework of the international monetary theory.
5 International financial system and the regulatory corporations.
6 Global financial risks.
7 The global financial risks
8 Prevention from the global financial risks (midterm exam will be held in this week except the course hour)
9 Countries' balance of asset liability.
10 Analysis of asset liability balance of countries based on the variables stock flow.
11 Usage of techniques for the production of derivative financial instruments for monetary policy.
12 International financial markets and financial innovation products
13 The effect of financial innovation on the international monetary system
14 Impact of the financial crisis and financial innovations on the global economic conjuncture.
