Course Objective

In this course is aimed to know the basic principles of automation, the properties of elements and principles of work of synchro and servo systems, to do DA and A. A. open-circuit and short-circuit speed control of motors, to understand PID control with operational amplifiers.

1   To recognize and use servo and synchro machines
2   To control the open circuit and closed circuit of A.C. and D.C. servo motor.
3   To recognize potentiometers, amplifiers and power supply.

It is calculated by taking 40% average grade of Midterm exams, 60% of the final exam success rating.
