Course Objective

At the end of this course, it is aimed that the students learn the central organization and bureaucracy of the Ottoman Empire

1   To be able to discuss the resources of Ottoman System
2   To be able to explain the laws of Fatih
3   To be able to discuss the general structure of the palace and the functions of Harem and Enderun here
4   To be able to explain Kapıkulu System and its place in the janissary imperial organization system
5   To be able to write Council and its functions
