Course Objective

At the end of this course, it is aimed that the students learn the change / transformation that occurred in the "classical order" of the Ottoman Empire and the effects of this change / transformation to political, economic and social structure

1   To be able to identify the main lines of "Classical Period"
2   To be able to discuss the stagnation and recession theories and how these theories came out and developed
3   To be able to explain the change in the structure of the Court
4   To be able to explain the change in Kul System
