Course Objective

The aim of this course is learning comparatively approach to the philosophy of education in the Turkish and German education history, philosopher of education who influence in the education culture of both societies.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To learn the history of Turkish-German education
2   To learn the approach to the philosophy of education developing in the Turkish-German education culture.
3   To know philosophers of education who influence in the education culture of both societies and their approaches and ideas about education.
4   To evaluate Turkish-German approaches to the philosophy of education comparatively.
