Course Objective

The purpose of this course is teaching students' nature of interpersonal conflicts, types of students' conflicts, causes of students' conflicts, conflict resolution strategies, negotiation and peer mediation techniques. Besides, providing information about how to transform interpersonal conflicts, and how to use negotiation and peer mediation techniques in school atmosphere.
