Course Objective

It is extremely important that calligraphy hand writing (artistic writing ) has a basis in fact widely development of education and teaching. When we look to aesthetic side of writing in a different point of view, we see that it is representative of scientific thought and also it is representative of impressive, balanced, clear, continuous current, harmonic, orderly qualifications. Course objective is to bring in techniques, habits of basic skills and practices of writing which is a language of thinking in a discipline.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To comprehend discipline of this course needed and to use it in practices.
2   To comprehend the importance of discipline, arrangement, desicion, balance and resemble with harmony which are needed qualifications of artistic writing.
3   To comprehend writing tools knowledge and using knowledge of this tools and to practice these.
4   To comprehend and practice technical knowledges that cause writing and artistic hand writing.
5   To develop new writing tools and new writing forms and able to use these.

2 Vertical, horizontal, inclined line Works with pencil.
3 Curve, circular line Works with pencil.
4 Vertical, horizontal, inclined line works with ink holder and ink.
5 Curve and circular line Works with ink holder and ink.
6 Upright basic letters (big) theoretical and practical knowledge.
7 Upright basic letters(small) theoretical and practical knowledge.
8 Vize Sınavı
9 Application of upright basic big and small letters in known talks.
10 Application of space knowledge to surname (ex. Üz. ) with letters.
11 Works on upright basic letters and connections.
12 Application upright basic hand writing on sample talks.
13 Works on inclined hand writing letters and connections.
14 Applications inclined basic hand writing on sample talks.
