Course Objective

Teacher candidates recognizing primary school, students, the different aspects of primary education program and classroom teachers.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Being able to recognize Elementary School, its functions and possibilities. 2   Being able to recognize characteristics and principles of primary teacher profession. 3   Being able to have experience of participating in extracurricular activities at school. 4   Being able to know the activities in the lessons through observation. 5   Being able to recognize developmental characteristics of children of 6-10 age period and accordingly to teaching approaches.
