Course Objective

To teach the political, cultural and scientific background of tafsir sharh
To have knowledge about the relationship between sharh and tafsir as the fundamental written works of Ottoman period
To have knowledge about the tafsir books of Keşşaf, Beydavi, Irşad, Nesefi, Celaleyn
To learn those who has written sharh and their books
