Course Objective

The objectives of this course are to consider the effects of sustainable principles in architectural design process and to associate the knowledge about the architectural sustainability with some building types such as educational buildings and hospital buildings.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   .Describe the sustainability principles in architectural design;
2   Reveal the relationships between the principles of sustainability due to the architectural design process;
3   Illustrate the sustainable principles of building design at some building types;
4   Consider the building design in accordance with sustainable principles.
5   Assume the responsibility about these subjects.

1. Lectures supported with slides;
2. Presentation of seminars supported with slides by student groups about their research subjects as participating discussion model;
3. For all subjects all the main key words are noted and the discussions are made by these key words.
