Course Objective

In this lesson, the subject is the relationships between the physical environment and he human being that creates and lives in this environment. The relationships between the human behaviour and physical environment, human and space relationships, the interactions between behaviour-environment and its reflections to the architectural space, the psychological effects of architectural space to human are the other subtitles.

3   be able to define the relationship between the human and the built environment
4   be able to solve the spatial problems about human-space relations
5   be able to analysis the human-environment studies by related examples

5 The definition of main concepts: privacy, personal space
6 The definition of main concepts: behaviour-space relationship and density
7 Urban life and properties of urban texture
8 Mid-term exam
9 Presentations about analyzing the human-environment relationships in constructed area- residential area, social associations and schools
